Il Giardino Sospeso, the adventure park near San Vincenzo

Less than half an hour’s drive from San Vincenzo, the Giardino Sospeso is one of the most popular adventure parks in Tuscany among families. Here, children, teenagers and parents can challenge themselves with tree-top courses, cross suspended bridges and overcome obstacles, all in complete safety.

The park offers routes designed for different ages and abilities, so the whole family can join in the experience and share emotions, challenges and achievements. And if you prefer to keep your feet on the ground, you can spend a few hours in the shade of the trees and enjoy the peace of the forest while your children take on the various skill challenges.

Routes for children (from 90 to 130 cm in height)

The first approach to adventure takes place on the Pink, Yellow and Orange routes, designed for the youngest participants. Through suspended bridges, passages among the trees and simple balance challenges, children learn to move independently, gaining confidence and trust in their abilities. A fun experience that turns every obstacle overcome into a small achievement!

Experiences for children and parents (from 130 cm in height)

The Azzurro, Verde 1, Verde 2, Viola 1, Viola 2, Blu and Rosso routes are designed for young people and adults and offer the chance to take on increasingly engaging challenges among suspended walkways, zip lines, Tibetan bridges and high-altitude passages.

Organise your visit to the Giardino Sospeso: practical information

  • LOCATION. Il Giardino Sospeso is located in Fontebonelli, in the municipality of Riparbella, surrounded by the lush Tuscan countryside. From San Vincenzo, it can be reached in about 30 minutes by car: calculate your route.
  • OPENING HOURS AND ACCESS. The adventure park is open from March to November, generally from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, except on days with afternoon opening from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm. Check the updated calendar.
  • RATES. Prices vary depending on height and the chosen course. Rates start from €10.00 for courses dedicated to children and go up to €20.00 for courses designed for teenagers and adults. Families consisting of at least 4 people are eligible for a special discount on acrobatic courses.
  • SAFETY. Before accessing the courses, each participant receives the necessary equipment and an initial briefing from the staff. The courses are equipped with safety systems that allow you to enjoy the experience with complete peace of mind.
  • EXTRA ACTIVITIES. In addition to the tree trails, the park also offers instinctive archery, an activity suitable for adults and young people aged 10 and up.
  • RECOMMENDED CLOTHING. Closed sports shoes and comfortable clothing are recommended for tackling the routes.

Tree and Net Experience, emotions among the pines

Within hu Park Albatros Village in San Vincenzo, children and young people can enjoy two extraordinary experiences, both in close contact… with the trees! On one side, the Tree Experience, the adventure trail among the park’s pine trees; on the other, the Net Experience, a suspended play area where you can jump, climb and have fun in complete freedom.

Tree Experience: the adventure park among the pines

There’s always a touch of excitement at the beginning. A bridge to cross, a walkway suspended among the pines, a rope to grab hold of. Then comes the first step and, almost without realising it, children start moving with growing confidence, obstacle after obstacle. This is the magic of the Tree Experience: turning an outdoor activity into a little adventure made of balance, coordination and satisfaction. There are 3 routes: Kaa is designed for children aged 3 to 6, Python adds a bit more challenge and is suitable from 7 years old, while Taipan tests the bravest participants starting from 10 years old. Because sometimes, just reaching the next platform is enough to feel a little more grown up!

Net Experience: jumping suspended among the trees

Who said you always need to take on a new challenge to have fun? Net Experience is a space where the only rule is to let yourself go and play. The large nets suspended between the trees become a world to explore by jumping, climbing, running and inventing a new adventure every time. The feeling is like stepping into a giant room suspended in nature, where the ground disappears beneath your feet and everything invites you to move. An experience especially loved by children, who find here a free space to play, laugh and burn off energy in complete safety.

  • LOCATION. Both experiences take place within hu Park Albatros Village, in the Pineta di Torrenuova area, just a few minutes from the centre of San Vincenzo: plan your route to get here.
  • PRICES. The ticket price for the Tree Experience starts from €12.00, while for the Net Experience it starts from €8.00.
  • WHAT’S INCLUDED. Tree Experience includes access to the courses and use of the safety harness. Net Experience includes the hourly ticket for access to the suspended nets.
  • RECOMMENDED CLOTHING. Closed shoes and comfortable clothing are required for Tree Experience. For the Pitone and Taipan courses, gloves are mandatory and can also be purchased on site.
